A majority of men and women spend at least a third of their day within an office. Despite wanting to take up a healthy physical activity, they find themselves having no time or energy to do anything about it.
Moxshlife Commune reaches out to such people through its Corporate Outreach programs. Right from conducting single day workshops to having regular sessions, Moxshlife Commune gives men and women in Corporates an opportunity to learn Keimoudo Self Defence, Moxshlife Yoga, and Energy Healing at the workplace.

Working professionals often find themselves in situations when their safety is at risk from external unknown attacker(s). The situations could arise during their everyday commute, when they travel to outside destinations, or at the workplace itself. Risk factors are present in every industry, whether it is IT and ITES industries, Airlines, etc.—which require employees to work late or at odd hours—factories, and with companies like banks, jewelry manufacturers, etc. that deal with valuables.
According to the Master, everyone must be able to defend himself/herself. And one does not need to be a martial arts expert to learn this critical knowledge.
Moxshlife Warriors (MW), a unit of Moxshlife Commune, brings this knowledge right to the corporate doorstep. It offers Keimoudo Self-Defence workshops for corporate employees to empower them at work and outside.
The One-Day Workshops:
These workshops are ideal for corporates who are unable to schedule regular self defence sessions, but still feel that their employees need to learn self defence. This workshop is conducted by the Master.

4. Use of personal belongings for self defence

It covers the following:
1. Cleansing kriyas
2. Suryanamaskara
3. Asanas
4. Relaxation techniques
5. Pranayama
6. Meditation.
Duration: 60-minute sessions conducted twice a week for 3 months.

Corporate environments, due to the nature of their work, can get extremely demanding and stressful. Corporate jobs are mostly sedentary in nature and are at the desk all day or standing at a counter all day, etc.
